The above video was taken during the May 2010 Creative Writing MFA Thesis Reading at The New School, which lasted approximately forty-five hours and was mostly an excruciating time for everyone involved. However, Benjamin's piece, taken from his thesis/novel Fat Kid, GO., was easily the most well-received of the night, if an anecdotal, on-the-spot gauging of audience reaction is anything to go by. (And it most certainly is!)
